Trim before every light
Keep the wick at ¼". An untrimmed wick mushrooms, smokes and blackens the glass.
Let the first burn finish This one matters
Burn until the melt pool reaches the edge — usually two to three hours. Stop short and the candle will tunnel for the rest of its life.
Keep sessions under four hours
Longer burns overheat the jar and shorten the fragrance throw.
Dip, don’t blow
Dipping the wick into the wax extinguishes it without smoke and primes it for next time.

Every Giorgio candle is poured by hand, in small batches, in the USA. The wax is measured and warmed, the fragrance is blended in by weight, the wicks are set and centered one at a time, and each candle is left to cure before it is ever boxed.
We are a small business, and small batches are how we keep it that way. It means a slower pour, a closer look at every vessel, and the same standard from the first candle to the last.
