Our Giorgio Guarantee

At Giorgio Cookie Company, we use only the finest, premium ingredients.  If you did not receive the correct item that you ordered or it was defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@giorgiocookieco.com.

WE ARE VERY SORRY, BUT PERISHABLE FOOD PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.  Please be sure to double check the items in your cart prior to checkout.  All perishable items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER!  We are not responsible if your information is entered incorrectly, and we fulfilled your order.  

How to return a product

To return your non-perishable product (upon approval), please contact us at sales@giorgiocookieco.com. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. The unused item must them be shipped at customer's expense to Giorgio Cookie Company via USPS or UPS.  Of course, if it is an error or damage on our part, we will do what it takes to make it right.  Please be sure to read the dimensions and product details prior to placing your order.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once you have contacted Giorgio Cookie Company, and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace non-perishable items if they are defective or damaged. We do not issue refunds or exchanges on unwanted flavor selections. Please send us an email at sales@giorgiocookieco.com and upon approval, we will contact you with further instructions.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@giorgiocookieco.com

Pricing Changes

Our products are subject to availability due to seasonal varieties. Giorgio Cookie Company reserves the right to make changes to its pricing to reflect market supply. 

Substitutions

Giorgio Cookie Company reserves the right to substitute a ribbon color if for some reason there is an issue with inventory.  We take great pride and consideration when selecting a substitution.
