Our biscotti and cookies are best enjoyed within 30 days of receipt. If needed, biscotti can be frozen for up to 6 months—just allow them to reach room temperature before serving. However, we do not recommend freezing our cookies, as it may affect their texture and freshness. To ensure the best experience, please enjoy them by the "Best By" date.

Unlike commercially produced biscotti and cookies, you can be confident that Giorgio bakes and ships fresh products, guaranteeing that each treat reaches its destination in peak freshness. Please allow 3-5 days to process your orders.

At Giorgio, we believe perfection takes time. Each order is baked fresh in our small-town bakery in Bellaire, Ohio. We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure your cookies and biscotti arrive as fresh as possible. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, as every product is made from scratch.
